Hi Wang Wook, thanks for the honest feedback. We know it stings to see prices go up—inflation has hit the food industry incredibly hard, and our ingredients are costing us significantly more than they used to. Our price adjustment was a last resort to keep serving the same premium ingredients without compromising. We are so sorry to hear that the execution of your meal didn't hit the mark this time around. We're addressing this with our kitchen staff to make sure everything is as great as it used to be. We hope to see you again soon.
