I recently registered a Nespresso account through another Nespresso store, but unfortunately there was an error in the registration process, and I was unable to access my account. Emanuele took the time to help me resolve the issue and successfully restore access. He was incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process.
