The Fried Starters: Truly exceptional, crispy, and light passed with flying colors. The Gourmet Pizzas: Less convincing. The flavor combinations felt uncoordinated and lacking proper culinary harmony. On a critical note: everyone at the table experienced stomach discomfort despite ordering different pizzas, pointing to a needed quality check on the cheeses and dairy used. Pricing & Location: The venue is a bit out of the way, but above all, it proved to be extremely expensive relative to the overall experience. Pets: A thoughtful suggestion: it would be helpful to create a dedicated area for pets (like this cute dog), who are otherwise forced to endure strong cooking odors and heavy crowds in an enclosed space. Educational Insight. When rich fats or complex dairies are layered without proper balance, the lipid load spikes, slowing digestion and causing widespread heaviness. When prices are extraordinarily high, customers naturally expect flawless digestibility and rigorous ingredient selection. Pro-Tips Prepare for a final bill that is significantly higher than the average pizzeria. If you are sensitive to rich dairy, ask detailed questions about the cheeses used. Factor in the isolated location and check seating arrangements if dining with pets. Final Breakdown: 2/5. Great starters, but let down by uncoordinated gourmet toppings, dairy-related heaviness, extremely expensive pricing, and a lack of pet-friendly layout considerations.
