I placed an order on July 4, only to be told on July 7 that this product was out of stock. A bit sloppy, but of course it can happen. I was then informed that they would refund the money as soon as possible. After this, I emailed them several times, to which I once received a response on July 20 with apologies and the story that the colleague in question who could refund the money was on holiday. That person would be there again that Monday, but luckily they would probably try to arrange it that weekend, I was told. After this had still not happened a week later, I emailed and called several times, but unfortunately I did not receive an answer. It has now been 2.5 weeks since they promised to fix it around July 20 and I am still waiting for my money. I have been waiting for my money for a month now and there has been no communication with me. Incomprehensible.

I ordered a jacket from Daily Paper a month ago, but I still haven't received anything. After 2 weeks I received an email with a track and trace code. When I click on the track and trace code, no package can be found. Emails and social media are not responded to. I hope I can still get my jacket this way. Update: I received the jacket after a month. I sent a message via Facebook, Instagram and email. After a week I still didn't get a response and after this review I suddenly did. Unfortunately, the track and trace code that I received in the email did not work if you clicked on it or entered it yourself on the site. So it will eventually arrive, but it will take a very long time.
