We rented the place for a birthday a while ago because we fell in love with the place during a bike tour. Little did we know that one of the event manager was the worst: Aggressive communication and terrible professionalism because we dared to drop off a sound system at the place at noon (even though we were told it was perfectly ok to do so by another employee), unpleasant and childish texts all afternoon, and declined all our phone calls to discuss it like adults. We were also insulted of thiefs and received an email from her explaining that we would have to pay 250€ extra fees because a friend took a bottle of cava in the fridge during the party.. (drinks that we agreed beforehand to pay if they were consumed). In short, never again and not recommended, she almost ruined the whole birthday party. Really a shame, because that’s a really nice place and other employees (especially those from the museum) are really lovely.. not sure what she’s doing there as she were contractually supposed to be there to help during the evening and never showed up.. I guess insulting clients is a paid job nowadays. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
