Recensione in Italiano Il personale è molto gentile, ma purtroppo non avevamo notato che il ristorante avesse solo 12 recensioni, e devo dire che il cibo merita solo due stelle. Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo ordinato polpette al formaggio, tagliata di carne con scaglie, spaghetti cacio e pepe e patatine fritte. Le polpette erano poco saporite, la tagliata era dura e troppo cotta, nonostante l’avessimo chiesta a cottura media, e il grasso era talmente duro da dover essere sputato. Le scaglie di formaggio non erano Parmigiano, ma un formaggio di qualità inferiore. La pasta cacio e pepe era insipida, e il formaggio utilizzato non era il Pecorino, risultando privo di sapore. Ironia della sorte, la cosa migliore del pasto sono state le patatine fritte, che però erano chiaramente congelate. Questa recensione è scritta con il cuore, nella speranza che possa servire come spunto per migliorare. My girlfriend and I ordered cheese meatballs, beef tagliata with cheese shavings, cacio e pepe spaghetti, and French fries. The meatballs lacked flavor, the tagliata was tough and overcooked despite us asking for medium, and the fat was so hard it had to be spit out. The cheese shavings were not Parmigiano but a lower-quality substitute. The cacio e pepe was bland, with a cheese that was definitely not Pecorino and completely lacked flavor. Ironically, the best part of the meal was the French fries, which were clearly frozen. This review is written with sincerity, hoping it will serve as encouragement to improve.
