The Bank Brasserie focuses on newly-interpreted brasserie classics, using sustainable locally sourced ingredients, well researched and served freshly prepared. The open show kitchen allows diners to watch and follow the chefs preparing tasty meals using products delivered by regional suppliers. The Chefs Table, located between the two show kitchens, serves a family style menu for up to eight diners, prepared and served with personal care by our chef de cuisine.
The show pastry offers mouthwatering selections of local breads, Viennese pastries and perfectly baked cakes, made to satisfy the sweet tooth of our guests.
Seating for 104 persons is available inside with an additional 12 places in the Private Dining Room, offering an exclusive atmosphere. The Bank Brasserie serves daily buffet breakfast, regular changing lunch menus, à la carte lunch and dinner as well as a traditional Viennese brunch for Sunday’s late riser, served with corresponding Austrian wines.
