A hidden gem in Timisoara , This is not just food is whole entire experience and many years of work behind . Culinary is one of the most “exigencies “ job as you as a Chef you need to make people happy and trust me as a Vegan international Chef I can say it loud and firm is not easy ! We was 4 friends and finally we arrived at you guys guess what ? One of the most memorable, tasty , savory experiences in the last years and we all travel around the world. Hands up to the Chef ( Bebe and Raul ) hope I remember well and also the girl who took care of us ( rare such services) We are not easy going in food , and our conclusion was Orgasmic Culinary We cannot remember what the name of each dish was exactly but I will leave the pictures here Bravo guys , we will be back very soon Meal type: Lunch Price per person: lei 60–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Many options also vegan

I was really disappointed with my experience at Ferment Timișoara. First of all, I asked if certain ingredients could be removed from my pizza due to an allergy. I was told they wouldn’t take anything off because it would “destroy the taste.” Being told that preserving their concept matters more than a customer’s health — especially when allergies can be serious or even life-threatening — is unacceptable. Dietary restrictions should be treated with basic respect and responsibility. On top of that, I was served a drink in a chipped glass. That’s not just a cosmetic issue — chipped glassware is a real safety hazard and can cause injury. It should never be used in a food and beverage setting. The cocktail experience was also frustrating. When asked about my preferences, I clearly explained what I like. Instead of taking that into account, they only seemed interested in serving what they personally preferred or wanted to make. It felt less like hospitality and more like being told what I should enjoy. What made everything worse was the overall attitude. There was a noticeable air of superiority that made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Good service is about making guests feel welcome, not judged or dismissed. Unfortunately, I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome rather than enjoying what should have been a pleasant night out. I hope they reconsider how they treat customers, especially regarding health concerns and basic hospitality standards. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
