Amazing experience from beginning to end. Everything felt warm and welcoming, from the staff and the chef, to the atmosphere and the decor. The tasting menu is not just about the food, each dish came with its own story. The staff is extremely attentive, explaining each dish with passion and knowledge. Eto turned out to be one of the most memorable meals I’ve had in Bucharest. The menu can be enjoyed either à la carte or as a multi-course experience, and both options are designed with a lot of intention. There is a clear concept and story behind each dish, and you can really feel the chef’s point of view in the progression of flavors. Portions are perfectly balanced - enough to truly enjoy each element without feeling heavy, and the presentation is elegant and modern. Expect fresh ingredients, creative combinations, and a few playful touches throughout the meal. The ambience is warm, stylish, and relaxing in a beautiful minimalistic design. Soft lighting, thoughtful décor, and a calm atmosphere make it a great place for a longer dinner where you can really savor each course and enjoy the conversation. It feels upscale but still comfortable and unpretentious, ideal for a date night or a special evening out. Service is excellent: friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without hovering.
