If you’re looking for authentic Egyptian breakfast and traditional folklore food, this is a great place to visit. They serve classic dishes like foul (fava beans), falafel, and other local favorites, all prepared with authentic flavors. The restaurant is located at عش البلبل (Nightingale Nest), a well-known landmark in Gamea Square, Cairo, making it easy to recognize once you’re in the area. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the service was quick, and the food was fresh and delicious. We ordered a variety of dishes and the total came to around US$3, which is excellent value for money. The only downside is that parking can be a bit difficult, so you may need to spend some time looking for a spot.
