Großer, guter Cappuccino für 2,10 Euro und sehr leckeres Croissant mit viel Füllung für 1.- Euro. Sehr gute Lage. Gute Auswahl an Kuchen und Gebäck und Kaffee‘s. Freundliches Personal. Moderne Einrichtung. Sehr zu empfehlen. ( März 2022 )

Ordering through jokes is quick and easy, despite the confusion I only waited 15 minutes for 5 sandwiches. The quality of the food is excellent, the only thing I would improve is the number of staff especially on weekends, with 2 people behind the counter serving all those people plus the drivers there is no way the tables will be clean. Terrible customer service experience. I placed an order online with Zangaloro Meat Factory, but I immediately realized I had made a mistake. As soon as I submitted the order, I immediately tried to contact the store to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, not only did I not receive any response, but I was not even able to contact them via phone or WhatsApp, despite repeated attempts. I find it incredible that a company that sells online does not offer efficient customer service and that communication channels are practically non-existent. When a customer needs assistance, especially in a short time, it is essential that there is someone available to solve the problems. Unfortunately, my experience was decidedly disappointing, and this leads me to doubt the seriousness of the service. I don't recommend placing orders if you risk being stuck without being able to contact anyone in case of problems.
