Unacceptable behavior of the waitress, unacceptable service for a 5 star hotel! She took our order incorrectly and when brought us the unwanted beverages and food and we told her we didn’t order and do not want these, she started arguing and wouldn’t let go and insisted that we did order everything. Even though it was clear that she made a mistake instead of apologizing she kept arguing and wouldn’t leave us alone about it. What a shame from her part! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Xeme restaurant. The service was good and our servers friendly and knowledgeable, however the overpriced food was absolutely subpar and unexceptional. The meat in my Arabic meat platter was so dry it was almost inedible, my husbands steak was over cooked and the cheese cake tasted store bought. When I politely brought up the fact that my food was unacceptable, their response was to give me a complimentary fruit platter that I didn’t even want. My experience here was made all the more terrible by the fact that you can get PHENOMENAL food for a quarter of the price in so many other places around Tbilisi. I would steer clear of this place if I were you. The only memorable thing about this restaurant is the view, but then again Tbilisi isn’t lacking great view points. All in all the restaurant does not live up to the reputation of the 5-star hotel that it is housed in.
