We passed by by chance so we decided to go in and it was a great decision! First of all, the restaurant was pleasantly warm (given the plummeting outside temperatures we had caught a cold and the warmth was providential), we were welcomed with a nice smile (which always makes you feel welcome) and we immediately liked both the place and the decor. . The beautiful music at an ideal volume made it pleasant to chat while waiting for the meal and it was the careful cleaning that confirmed the excellent initial impression: small details such as the glass jar with the flower, the chilli jar and the sauce bottles were they presented impeccable (it should be obvious but unfortunately this is not always the case). We ordered a boat with nigiri, maki and sashimi of raw salmon only which was preceded by two vegetables, two miso soups and accompanied by two bowls of gohan rice. As a drink, two hot teas. Quality raw materials: the salmon had a beautiful colour, no smell, perfect texture with firm flesh to the touch and no soft or watery parts or stains. At first taste, delicate flavour, compact and easy to chew fish, Sashimi with perfect thickness. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for good sushi. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
