Ate at the pop-up restaurant Meat bru, which was opened instead of Wagyu Durbuy due to a fire. Very bad service, food was very bad, ordered tomahawk, it was 1 lump of fat. The card prices did not match the final bill. Tomahawk was 150 euros, the bill stated 170. The fillet was priced at 35 euros, the bill stated 46.50. This was reported but was treated scandalously by the manager. Ordered drinks, did not receive them but it was on the bill, the manager played the fool. After a lot of arguing at the cash register, we were put aside so that the other customers could not hear. As a gesture he wanted to take away the drinks that we had not had. Scandalous, not recommended, watch your bill. The Italian Cotê a l'os for 2 people. €150/2pers. Nothing but fat and tendons, searching for a decent piece of meat was difficult. Really disgraceful for this price. It's sad that a chef would send something like that out of his kitchen. Hope Mr. Bru himself wasn't behind the grill. If Mr. Bru were presented with our piece of meat incognito, he would shout throughout Durbuy! Cheese board (cheese and a lot of nuts) afterwards was so basic and dry. You couldn't get rid of a grape or a bit of jam for €15. Dame blanche was not great either, ice crystal in ice cream and water chocolate sauce. We like to spend more for tasty and good food, but this was too much of a bad thing for this price. Positives were the location and service and Durbuy itself of course.
