The courses arrived as artistic gastro presentations, sculpted with intention and imagination, styled in breathtaking three‑dimensional forms. Every plate felt like a canvas—no, a gallery—where color, structure, and restraint worked together in quiet harmony. What struck me most was the love and attention behind every detail. Nothing felt rushed or excessive. Instead, each creation was presented with elegance and confidence, inviting you to pause, observe, and experience before tasting.
