Filthy rooms, broken furniture.. Only good about this place is the location and the kitchen honestly. When checking in, receptionist had an attitude, acted like i owe him money or something. Had to ask where exactly is my room, because he just gave me the keys and would have let me go find it myself. Didnt mention the time of breakfast - a mistake on my part aswell for not asking. During breakfast THE COOKS had to let us in because it was closed and had to serve us. There was NO servers in the actual restaurant. The breakfast was good and the cooks were really nice and attentive, although they seemed surprised. A big up for kitchen staff. For the rest of the staff, you need a lesson on how to interact with customers. Next thing was the rooms. Broken, filthy, dirty and disgusting. Btw. A cover on a chair doesnt hide the fact that it’s teared up.. I heard the neighbor vomiting through the wall. Interesting way to start the morning. When you walk outside of the room you see the staff area in the back, smoking, drinking and chatting. Usually the staff area isnt this open. Place definitely needs a renovation, inside atleast. Good thing is the actual cooking and food. Food was delicious, drinks were okay-ish.. glasses seemed dirty at one point.
