I waited 20 minutes for a simple toasty to be warmed, which is already unacceptable. When I finally received it, it was so butchered that I couldn’t even take it out of the packaging in one piece. It was falling apart and completely uneatable. On top of that, it was excessively oilyfar beyond what would be considered normal. The overall quality was extremely poor. This is not the standard I expect from Vida e Caffè. Very disappointing experience. Price per person: R 100–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible service. The food shelves were empty, and the milk frother was broken, which meant any hot drinks took forever. On top of that, the store was disgustingly dirty — from the floors to the counters, with flies everywhere. I will not be supporting this branch again.
