We used to visit it with friends and family often when we travel from Gabrovo to Veliko Tarnovo, but over time things are going downhill in terms of service, which is why we refuse to be customers. For a little more money, there are several options in the area where at least the service is up to par. In Uno, he is exactly the problem. No one sees you when you sit down, no one is in the hall when you want to order, they look at you badly (I've also heard customers take a piss or two from the waitress with the red lipstick while marking her order. Baba yaga's daughter.) if you you placed the order, but you forgot to order, say, a pretzel and sent the waitress back. Often gathered at one of their two cabinets, they cannot see which of the customers needs service. For us, at least many times, it was better to go to the bar where one boy and his colleague are adequate and always responsive. I will not comment on the other bartender (the thin, tall one). We don't ask for much as customers. Just a relaxed atmosphere, smiling staff, delicious food and when I want a second beer, someone comes to take my order.
