I was there today with my family. I ordered the Chicken Mushroom & Cream. The Cream in the dish today was extremely watery, so when I asked them to fix the dish, they simply drained some of the sauce and brought it back. Not only that, but the dish had exactly 3 pieces of chicken. 2 thin slices, which weren’t bad, and a third thick slice which was completely raw. Needless to say, the dish looked nothing like the picture. They offered to replace the dish, but I refused because I had lost my appetite, so they said they would remove it from the cheque, which they didn’t. My daughter ordered the Chicken Tacos. There were 3 of tacos, 2 of which were beef and the only one was chicken. As expected, they were mostly filled with vegetables and barely any protein. The meat and chicken in the tacos were extremely chewy as well- something felt very off about them. The manager was very rude and not at all helpful. He didn’t take our concerns seriously and questioned whether we were being truthful about the chicken being raw.

I recently visited Umami restaurant and had their beef bourguignon and chicken mushrooms and cream dishes, both of which were delicious and flavorful. However, the customer service was very disappointing. When I asked the waiter to pack my unfinished food as takeaway, it took him a long time to package it and when I got home, I found that he had only included a small amount of potatoes and left out the beef and sauce, which was not acceptable. When I informed the manager about this, he apologized and explained that my plate had been mistakenly put out and no one had informed me about it. Overall, the food was great but the poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.

we came today for an early lunch and loved it. we ordered pizza which was huge and delicious. the beef mushroom gorgonzola small plate was plenty big enough and cooked with so much flavor. there could have been more beef and less mushrooms to be truly perfect. the quinoa salad was a big portion and also very nice. we had a side order of mac and cheese which was very flavourful too. the weakest dish was the feta skillet..not sure why but none of us really enjoyed it and it wasnt eaten. the service was nice and the place is cute. will definitely come again!
