We often think that 'the customer is the king and we are always right'. But even customers should do some homework. First of all, you should be clear about what you are looking for and where. Experiences are different, but I prefer to share mine. First of all, I would like to start with the view, the main thing that invited me to visit this place. If you are looking to feel alive and at home, I would recommend 100% organic food a selected cuisine, limited in variety, because it offers the essence of traditional Albanian cuisine, so don't miss it. If you are a drinker like me, ask for an aperitivo (they have a secret recipe, it hits you differently). The food is fantastic too you feel the tradition mixed with the freshness. A pleasant, relaxing environment where nature is the main word. The view of the pool and the environment is impressive and you feel like you are in your own village, in the company of music. The service is always smiling . Is there room for improvement? Definitely yes, because perfection has no limit. But I appreciated the sincerity and good will of the owner who is offering something new, an additional opportunity for the young people of the area. I also appreciate the good will of those young people who love work and are ready to grow with the business and improve themselves. If you are looking for luxury and fancy restaurants, then don't stop at all, because you are not part of this community. You are not used to wanting to eat well, to feel human and to feel pampered. It should also be appreciated that the rules are written, and each country has its own specifics for which each party must show respect and understanding. I feel sorry for the speaker about her experience, as I have the same misunderstanding with the pool, but the waitresses were very kind and communicative to explain how the accessibility worked. Also the rules where written down so whats all the complain about? Fancy service and elite standards are there to be found at 5* resorts and restorants, there for being paid extra money. Its necessary to find places that fulfill your request, not to make them change their prespectives. This is like being invited to a wedding ceremony ( that we all know that have a dress code, but you go dressed in gym clothes because you feel more comfortable and expect people to understand that. Funny. I can only say that the food is fantastic, the local alcohol is unique (don't forget the local Raki), the view is impressive, the parking is free and well located destination. The location is fantastic and every season is enjoyed like the first time, and every time you feel like you are in your own relaxing home. for me it is an 8/10 for an improvement in service and creativity in business development ideas. My husband and I visited early in the morning for just a coffee by the swimming pool. I ordered a macchiato, but the waiter immediately asked us to pay the entrance fee (1600 ALL). When we explained that we only wanted something to drink, we were told it wasn't allowed to have drinks there. We moved to the designated area for drinks. It took about 10 minutes for the waiter to finally bring the macchiato. He asked us to pay in advance, which felt unprofessional and rude. The waiter appeared quite young and possibly inexperienced. On a positive note, the location has a beautiful view with a swimming pool surrounded by fresh air and mountains. The setting is lovely, but the service could use improvement. : I understand that you have regulations in place for pool customers, especially during rush hours. However, my visit was early in the morning when the facility was empty, and I have always paid before leaving on previous visits without any issues. My experience was negatively impacted despite the explanations provided. Ensuring clarity and consistency in your communication could prevent such issues in the future. Hello Katy, thank you in advance for your review. Firstly the bar is located where the waiter asked you to drink it because the pool is only for customers that actually use it. Secondly the paying situation is a regulation that we have so we do not get confused with other customers during rush hours and it is only for the pool customers. We are sorry for your bad experience but sometimes you have to understand some regulations, especially when they are written before you enter dhe pool which explain everything.
