Not good ! We order bottle of wine in menu which cost 1400 liras ,but they bring us bottle of wine which cost 1850 liras . That will be ok too ,but bottle was previously opened and they bring it to table opened too, and it was old and sour. Definitley opened too long or expiration date was passed. We told them imiditley that wine is not ok. Wine what they bring to us -we drink previously night so we know which taste it has. Even when we told them that wine is not ok, they said ok and sorry ,and charge us 1950 liras (40 euros) cause they bring little nuts too. In other restaurants Only positive was that was warm inside . Price per person: ₺1,800–2,000

First of all, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to kindly clarify that we offer two types of red wine on our menu: our mahlep-flavored wine is priced at 1,400 TL, and our homemade Syriac wine is 1,800 TL. Our mixed premium nuts platter, approximately 200 grams, is priced at 180 TL. Based on these menu prices, there does not appear to be an error in the bill. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If the wine did not meet your expectations, we would have gladly assisted you with an alternative at the time. After speaking with our team, we were informed that the other guests at the table were satisfied, and therefore no replacement was requested. We truly value all feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again for a much better experience.
