My first visit to Two or More left me with such a good impression that I couldn't wait to go back. I even decided to treat someone special, expecting the same great experience. Unfortunately, our second visit was the complete opposite and left us both feeling incredibly disappointed. Our food order arrived incorrectly, and the chips were only half cooked. To make matters worse, they only arrived after we had already finished the rest of our meal. We politely brought this to the waiter's attention without making a fuss or causing a scene, but nothing was really done to make the situation right. We chose to eat what we could because we didn't want to waste food or create unnecessary drama. The biggest disappointment came when the bill arrived. We were still charged extra for items like salted caramel and chilli, and we even had to pay for the half-cooked chips we had already complained about. Good customer service is about acknowledging mistakes and making things right, not charging customers for an unsatisfactory experience. Sadly, this visit completely changed my opinion of Two or More. It's disappointing because I genuinely enjoyed my first visit and expected so much better. Unless they can prove this was just a once-off and show they value their customers, I won't be returning. For me, this has become a definite no-go zone. Price per person: R 400–500 Vegetarian options: Yes Dietary restrictions: They are very health focused on their food. Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge street parking Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Disappointment they do not have a wheelchair ramp to access this place. Had to go up the stairs with crutches which is also a risk as one of my crutches slip under me. Not wheelchair accessible.

Regarding the additional charges for the salted caramel and chilli sauce, these are listed on our menu as optional extras and are charged accordingly.
