We are happy to know that our staff, beers, desserts and reservations service lived up to expectations and obviously we are sorry that your experience was not fully satisfactory and we would like to clarify some aspects. Our pizzas are prepared entirely by us, with a dough produced by us for a long time to mature and cooked exclusively in a wood-fired oven, without any pre-cooking or use of frozen products. We usually receive excellent feedback on this aspect, as confirmed by many reviews you have viewed, but we understand that something may not have been up to par during your visit. As for the burgers, we use "Sakura" selection meat supplied by the Galli group, chosen to always guarantee the best. However, we recognize that rushing, especially during a very intense work period, may have affected the perceived result, and for this we sincerely apologize. We know that poor telephone reception can be inconvenient, but unfortunately the structure of our place and the insulating roof limit the signal and our area is not covered by fibre.
