We are truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations.We would like to clarify that our official check-in time starts at 12:00 noon. On the day of your arrival, the hotel was fully booked, which unfortunately meant that rooms were not available earlier, despite your early arrival notice. We do always do our best to accommodate early check-ins when possible, but this depends entirely on availability.That said, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced regarding the room allocation and for not following through with the room change you were promised. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and your comments regarding the room conditions, breakfast timing, and service have been taken very seriously and shared with management for immediate review.We are pleased that you enjoyed our location and the rooftop view of the pyramids and the Sphinx, which many of our guests value highly. However, we regret that other aspects of your stay overshadowed these positives.Thank you again for your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we must improve.
