dem aufdringlichen Charme der Werber erlegen kann man sagen dass das Essen nicht außergewöhnlich war, dafür aber die Preise ausgesprochen hoch...

Terrible service. DO NOT let them walk away without double checking your order. IF THEY GET IT WRONG, THEY CHARGE YOU FOR IT AND INSIST YOU ORDERED WHATEVER THEY SERVED YOU. RIP OFF. I ordered profiteroles with additionall drink (19 euros). It came covered in chocolate and whipped cream. I tried it. It was not a profiterole. Turned out it was a tortufo (their specialty? 24 euros). I told the waiter that's not what I ordered. I eventually got the profiteroles. It came covered in chocolate and whipped cream. At any rate, the bill came and he charged me for the tartufo- claiming I ordered " champagne" and not "prosecco". I definitely pointed out what I wanted and he repeated it to me. Felt taken advantage of. Very unpleasant experience and just mean waiter. STAY AWAY. So many other places with more pleasant wait staff to go to in Navona Plaza. Price per person: €10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It is evident that your experience took place at another establishment and not at our restaurant. È evidente che la sua esperienza si sia svolta presso un'altra struttura e non nel nostro ristorante. We had dinner here last night. After reserving a table by phone, we were very cordially welcomed by the owner Alessandro Tucci by name. We had an appetizer, first course, two second courses, side dish, glasses of two different wines and the famous tartufi. Every thing we had was top quality and the service attentive and impeccable. As local Romans, we had been a little wary of eating on a famous piazza, and we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, service, and prices in the norm for the center of Rome. There are some negative reviews on here, but they were most probably left for the place next door that has a very similar name and appears more prominently in Google searches.
