Advertised opening time 8:00AMnobody there till and maybe after 10:00AM. I called their phone number multiple times, got hang on twice (were you sleeping late or what..?). Why would you advertise on google and on site to be open at an hour when you’re not? Is not respecting clients expectations and needs. Luckily I found a Q8 next doors. I strongly encourage you to go to the Q8 2km away from this station. Service and opening hours are respected there.

Is not open during opening hours and is a very unfriendly man who also refused to give my wife's package! While I presented all the documents! I have never experienced this in other places! I would like to give -5 stars, it's absolutely scandalous how they treat customers here!!!! Can hardly speak Dutch and that in Flemish Brabant!? Totalenergies do something about this!!!!!!
