Ein toller Laden! Wir waren zunächst mittags dort und haben dann vom Freitagabend-Dinner erfahren. Das Essen war unfassbar lecker, sie machen die Nudeln selbst. Dazu eine tolle Atmosphäre mit sehr netten Menschen! Hier essen viele Einheimische. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 250–300

If you're looking for the closest thing to Italy in Hermanus, Dal Italia Deli is the place to be! From the moment you walk through the door, you're welcomed with warm hospitality, authentic flavours, and a charming atmosphere that makes you feel as though you've stepped into a little corner of Italy. We started with Aperol Spritzes and enjoyed a fantastic meal, with every dish prepared with passion and attention to detail. The food is fresh, flavourful, and truly authentic. Living in the Overberg and not experiencing Dal Italia is like visiting Rome and skipping the Colosseum. It's a dining experience that leaves you with a full stomach, a happy heart, and memories worth talking about long after you've left. A special thank you to this wonderful Italian family for bringing a taste of Italy to Hermanus. We WILL be back soon! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As is so often the case in tourist towns....the best food has to be discovered, it never seems to be on the main piazzo, square or street. Dal Italia is a short walk from Gearings Point and in my opinion is one of the best kitchens in the country.

No laminated or book menus here.....fresh inspired dishes that change all the time, depending on best ingredients and mood.

Having eaten there a number of times it has never disappointed.....all memorable meals, prepared and served by the Italian family who own it.
