Our sushi was never delivered! I had a really disappointing experience with the Tokyo-City sushi delivery. The phone operator told us that we will have to wait 2h 30 min for the delivery (even though the website states that the average time for delivery is 60 min). Nevertheless, we agreed because we wanted the sushi. Giving them the benefit of the doubt we waited more than 2h 30 min before giving up on our dinner. We weren’t contacted by the delivery nor the call center. We don’t know if the restaurant was overworked or somebody canceled our order without informing us, but the situation was by no means normal. When we tried to contact again the number 67 220 220 – the operators’ shifts were over and no one picked up. It was a very unpleasant experience. I am surprised that a popular restaurant in Riga can have such bad service. I don’t recommend using the Tokyo-City sushi delivery to anyone.
