Alexandrian Pizzeria, serving pizza and pies near the Camp Caesar Tram Station. Ordered: Small Sausage Pizza First, let's talk about that hot pizza. Their small comes out as 9-10 inches with a thinner crust. This slim base makes for a crispy, light pizza experience, which I must admit felt quite enjoyable. However, I wish the dough had just slightly more give, as some of the smaller pieces seemed to struggle with keeping form. Their sauce is made of fresh tomatoes, which you can taste in the juices below their cheese. And as for the cheese, it was a mild mozzarella that did little to interfere with the other flavours but held the toppings and sprinkled oregano well, and gave the pizza a delightful chew. Now for the toppings. I loved the sausage, it was fresh, well-spiced, and bursting with flavour, thankfully there was a generous serving of it. The olives, tomatoes, and peppers were a smart profile choice for the sausage and maintained a freshness to the upper layer. There is a noticeable layer of grease on the pizza, most likely oil from the cheese and sausage, which some may find slightly disturbing. Second, the place. The parlor has a very quaint and humble interior, which seemed to have undergone a more modern redecoration a minute ago. Its interiors are very reminiscent of small Italian pizzerias, and while their shop is quite small and dimly lit, they keep things tidy and easy to use, and that's what matters most for these local establishments. Overall, a great example of an Egyptian pizza, I would recommend this to anyone looking for that unique Alexandrian pizzeria experience. Tibas is the greatest and one of the oldest pizzarias in Alexandria and pastas are really inspiring keep it up
