Unprofessional A group of five wanted to visit the place for a second time (first time we visited the place was in December 2022 and had great time) and called to make a reservation. The guy on the phone assured us that no reservation is needed and we will be seated around the time we indicated, and they will be expecting us. When we arrived at the location and tried to enter the second floor, we were informed that there is a private party but we could try and find a free table. When entering the second floor a staff member informed us again that there is a private party and we could sit on the bar or showed us a table with three chairs. Another staff member approached us and suggested we sit on one of the tables apparently prepared for the private party and we agreed. While checking the displayed cakes the first staff member came and told us that the guests will arrive in one hour and they will give us the check in an hour. Needless to say we decided to leave and won’t be going back. Service: 1

Terrible place! And attitude towards guests with children. Because of their Chinese decor and robot, you can't come to the cafe with children under 10 years old. What nonsense? Do adults really need this decor and a robot waiter? My 7-year-old child wanted to see the waiter's robot like that and was very upset when we were asked to leave because of our age! I don't recommend it to anyone! The institution's policy is very bad! Isn't the interior and pastry shop made for children? I've never seen such an attitude in more than one country in the world! Very good restaurant! It was clean, warm and very cozy! The food we ate was delicious, and the desserts were great! Very kind and smiling staff with a robot assistant - it was very cute!
