Sehr europäisch, aber lecker. Nur wenn man was zum mitnehmen bestellen möchte, dauert es ziemlich lange. Unsere Kukies brauchten 15 Minuten im Ofen. Dafür waren sie frisch. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Really enjoyed the soft serve it was rich and dense. I’d definitely come back whenever I’m craving soft serve again. The service was great and fast, and the atmosphere was decent overall. The only downside was that there were no cones available that day. We paid 270 LE for 2 soft serves. Price per person: E£1–200 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Get set, this an extremely hyper sugar venue of desserts and heaven of sugar rush junkies. Swirkies is officially in the maadi. Degla neighborhood. The well known brand of desserts and sweets is soft opening nowadays in the busy street 231 competing with giants of ice cream and desserts, couple of meters away. Starting with the warm welcoming and sincere sweet smiles, one of the staff show you around the place that has colors of pink and blue chairs, doors and there are roses and flowers everywhere, and couple of spots to have a nice instagram picture. Beside, watching the simple and nice kitchen cooks working and smiling all the time. It is a happy place. Swirkies has a nice menu has a couple of items, such as crepes, pancakes, waffles, skillet cookies and the unique hangurian cones. With dozens of adds and flavors. Even you can customize your own desert mentioned in the menu with the flavor you crave. Also, they have couple of ice cream flavors the machine style. We visited the place two times, for sure we will keep coming back. We tried strudel cone, has walnuts, cinnamon, apple pieces and caramel. Topped with ice cream and pure real nutella. Then, we tried blueberry cone, has a too sweet blueberry paste, topped with nutella and ice cream. Both cones are freshly baked live and has a lovely taste. Strudell was gorgeous and taste like a lovely fresh apple pie. Blueberry was too sweeet and there is no sour taste at all. Ice cream is soft and so creamy and in vanilla taste. *** they have cerelac falvor but no thanks. Second time, we tried strudell skillet cookie. Served in an iron cast and fresh baked in the oven. Comes with machined ice cream vanilla. It was gorgeous, so hot and fresh. Cookie is indulging with extra walnuts, apple and caramel. Mixing hot cookie and cold ice cream is mind blowing. Swirkies is a little bit pricy but totally worth the penny, if you are a sugar junkie or sugar rush addict. This is heaven for you.
