After waiting two minutes I politely ask for the receipt and the former says to her colleague in a contemptuous tone "he wants the receipt" and the latter turns around telling me that I have to wait. The one who made me pay goes to serve croissants to new arrivals and I wait. When, after waiting for a while, the second one also continues to serve new customers then I get impatient and ask to have the receipt at that moment instead of waiting for the turn of whoever arrives later. Among other things, I was also with my 3 year old son. They verbally attack me in front of all the customers by continuing to not give me the receipt and repeating that "if I wanted the receipt I had to wait". The punishment for having demanded something due, in short. Obviously, in the end I left without a receipt (with them shouting not to come back again - and God forbid - I would say) and I reported the illegal behavior to those responsible. I understood that they don't like new faces, they have no respect for customers and people in general, they don't respect the law and they make mischief instead of apologizing when they make mistakes. The food offering for breakfast was also poor so at least I'm not missing out on anything good by not going there anymore. And a little more sensitivity wouldn't hurt.
