We were delighted to discover this restaurant by chance, and it turned out to be a truly wonderful surprise. Everything here is exceptional — the atmosphere, the beautiful terrace over the sea, the attentive service, and the music that creates such a special mood. The food was simply magnificent: the spices were perfectly balanced, every ingredient was incredibly fresh, and each dish was prepared with genuine care and love. You can truly feel the passion and dedication behind everything you do. Thank you to the entire team and the owners for creating such a beautiful place and for giving us the opportunity to spend an unforgettable, cozy evening here. We will remember this experience for a long time and hope to return again. Today we are reviewing Sunset Restaurant in Bitez and honestly, this is one of those places that impresses you from the very first moments. It is the only restaurant in the whole of Bitez with a floating dining area, which means you are literally sitting on the sea while enjoying your meal. The entire concept creates an incredible atmosphere and makes you appreciate the experience much more. The tables are beautifully prepared with elegant tablecloths, full seasoning sets, and attention to detail that immediately shows the quality of the place. Today we tested a fresh sea bass weighing around 1.5 kg. The fish was presented on ice before preparation, which already allowed us to judge its freshness. The clear and fresh eye of the fish confirmed the quality of the product being served. After preparation, the meat was firm, juicy, and cooked very well, which from the perspective of over 20 years of restaurant experience truly deserves recognition. One of the biggest advantages was the simplicity of the seasoning. The fish was not overloaded with spices, allowing the natural flavor of the fresh product to stand out. This is exactly the kind of approach to cuisine that I appreciate the most. A quality product should defend itself with its own taste. When it comes to the atmosphere, this place does an amazing job. You are sitting on a gently floating platform restaurant with relaxing music playing in the background, overlooking the beautiful Taurus Mountains during sunset and the surrounding hills across the bay. The entire scenery creates a beautiful valley with palm trees, a stylish bar, and the calming sound of water that perfectly complements both dinner and evening drinks. The service also deserves special recognition. Especially Suleyman, a young gentleman who speaks excellent English and knows how to take care of guests in a very professional yet friendly way. He gives recommendations, creates a welcoming atmosphere, and makes you feel genuinely looked after throughout the entire experience. One of the reasons I keep returning to this place is exactly because of this level of hospitality. Another strong advantage is the first line beachfront location, the open kitchen view, the dessert selection, and a very rich menu that also includes imported cold cuts and international products. There is also a very pleasant bar area where you can comfortably sit with friends, enjoy conversations, and relax without excessive crowds. From my perspective, the restaurant fully satisfied my expectations and I can honestly say it is a perfect place for a more premium and relaxing dining experience.
