I recently visited Suhra Restaurant and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations, especially considering the total bill of 1,870 TL. Feedback on Service: The pacing of the meal was quite challenging. Our meat kebab and shish tawook arrived after 15 minutes, but we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the pizza and pastries to follow. It would have been much better if the dishes were served together so we could enjoy the meal as a whole. Feedback on the Food: The Positives: I would like to compliment the chef on the chicken shish tawook and the chicken pizza, both of which were quite delicious. Areas for Improvement: Unfortunately, other aspects of the meal fell short. The meat kebab had a very tough, unnatural texture that made it difficult to eat. Additionally, the chicken and cheese pastries had a strange, fishy aftertaste that was quite unexpected. Most concerningly, the tomatoes served with the grill platter did not seem fresh and had a spoiled taste. I believe there is significant room for improvement regarding food quality control and service coordination. Based on this experience, I likely won’t be returning, but I hope this feedback helps the team improve their standards for future guests.
