We take all feedback seriously, but we will not justify ourselves in response to false claims.Your comment about the pizza being “unbelievably bad” is completely unfounded and does not reflect the quality of what we serve daily to hundreds of satisfied customers. We know exactly what we offer — fresh, high-quality ingredients prepared with care — and we stand behind our product.As the owner, I personally handle every order, and I have no recollection whatsoever of dealing with you. A customer speaking German would have stood out, and I’m confident I would remember such an interaction.We cannot accept misleading and exaggerated reviews that do not align with the reality of our work. Constructive criticism is always welcome, but baseless accusations only reflect poorly on the reviewer, not the business.
