As a regular guest, I must notice that something has changed in the service in the last two months. Previously, waiters approached within 3 minutes to receive the order, now the wait is at least 15 minutes. Second, when you ask for the bill, they don't bring it even after 20 minutes, not even upon request. If you want to pay at the exit, you can, but they don't give you a bill. The service staff is not as friendly as before. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve had the chance to visit this restaurant several times so far. A lot is being invested in improving the quality of service, but the staff still needs to be better coordinated. The first time we made a reservation for lunch, it wasn’t recorded in the reservation book, and we were given a table in direct sunlight. However, the management is on the right track and shows quality above the average on the waterfront. Price per person: RSD 1,500–2,000 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We had a very unpleasant experience at this café. The staff was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. At first we were sitting outside, but since it was cold we politely asked to move inside if there was a free table. Instead of helping us, the staff reacted with visible annoyance — rolling their eyes and acting as if our request was a problem. The waiter spoke to us in a rude tone and even commented about us loudly to colleagues while we were still there, which felt very disrespectful and uncomfortable. We were simply asking normal questions about available tables. Good service and basic courtesy should be expected in any café, but unfortunately that was completely missing here. Because of this behavior, we will not be coming back. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
