Just shocking!!! I ordered delivery, there was nothing to say on the menu. The method of payment was strange (Bit or cash, the courier's payment from me). They called me about 5 times from different phones and said a different price each time. They sold me a side dish of home fries for NIS 5, the chips arrived and did not require a side dish. I called to say this and they continued to prove to me that it's their home fries (I've even attached a photo - two chips are the same, only one is cut bigger). I only asked for a refund in the return bit of the supplement that was deducted from the portion I did not receive - and I was refused!!!! They told me we don't have a bit (and I transferred to the bit they received from him 3 minutes ago) And then even more - they started screaming at me. Really scream that this is the home fries, that nothing is going to be delivered and I'm invited to come and take the throne next time for the extra (and I ordered delivery.. I probably won't come) When I looked at the invoice, it became completely clear to me what the matter was - the invoice that was issued to me is for a different date in 2018 altogether. I immediately understood that this was a place with money laundering, apparently an illegal business. Of course I will pass it on to the tax authorities later I am shocked by this service. I'm not a resident of Acre and I'm not used to this, but I'm really shocked. This place should be deleted from all platforms that will not continue with their scam. I am attaching the picture of the chips compared to their "Home Fries" and an actual invoice I received from the place. I ordered from them over the phone. Let's start with the fact that they didn't have half of the dishes I ordered. There was no casadia, no enchiladas, no calamari.. nothing lol I ordered what was available - two dishes with chicken and shrimp. The dishes came with side dishes, we ordered with chips, mashed potato balls and they also sold us their home fries. I was told a price of NIS 241. Later they called and changed it to 250 in their claim because of the addition. I received about 5 more calls from them every minute and finally I received a delivery - without home fries but with chips. I called and received a quote and they claimed it was their home fries and it looked like chips. And chips for everything is just a tad thicker!!! I have attached a picture. I asked for credit for the supplement and was told that I would not receive it and that they had no choice. I understood that this was a factious business and money laundering. I plugged in a bit, and they told me that they can't return the same bit. The invoice I received is from a different time altogether with a date 4 years ago. And Bit has nothing to do with the business (that's why they told me they wouldn't transfer it to me and that I would come to them to get a refund). They screamed at me for life, they really came out on me. I am asking for compensation, but more than that - I am asking to delete the business from your website. This money laundering does not match your level. And of course not the disgusting treatment I received. Matter of service and deception - ruined my mood for the whole day.
