The atmosphere of hospitality of Shell highly depends on employees, that are hospitable here. Service at this place is something one can call cool. But guests rate this spot below average on Google.

Car wash is horrible - the employees are slapdash, they try to rush and overcharge you. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The car wash is very bad! 30 tl for a soap, 30 tl for a water slot, but it is very short time, my car is still dirty. :(

The washing department is a disgrace, there are machines that don't work and when you tell the staff they make faces. The cashiers look like they are forced to work without face. I think the shell needs to be inspected. It's very bad.
