I come to this Seattle Coffee a lot because it’s right by Sasol where I fill up, so it’s super convenient. The male baristas usually get my flat white right. Quick note for the team: a flat white isn’t the same as a short double-shot latte. The milk temperature and pour are different. I know because I used to be a barista. Service varies — some days you get a smile, some days not. Overall it’s my go-to spot for convenience, just hoping for more consistency on the flat whites.
