Sasol garage , always ridiculously expensive. Unreasonable prices for average items. Very poor ethics

Living in Secunda, this is my go to filling station. Been filling up my vehicles here for the last 5 years. Staff always friendly and willing to help. Shop is always stocked.

Ru Snow vor ein Jahr auf Google

I have visited Sasol Value shop a few times located near Hoërskool Secunda, address : Cnr of Charl Cilliers and Oliver Thambo street. On occasion I have been “assisted” by the till attendant ANNAH, who is extremely rude, and makes a customer feel like you are bothering her by making her do her job. I like this garage because it is a midway from my work and house and I enjoy stopping there to get something to nibble on, but I’ve honestly had enough of this extremely poor customer service and think I’ll be driving to SPAR from now on if I want a quick snack. I hope management can address this with the employee as I am sure I’m not the first one who has felt this way over ANNAH and her lack of good customer skills.
