For really good Tunisian food this my favourite place in town. Real home cooked food everyday and cheap. Much better quality than some of the expensive places, and nice people.
Great tiny small restaurant. Don't get confused by the name. The lady cooks a new meal every day together with her friendly husband. One day she cooks the best couscous, the other day pasta. Beside that she makes typical Tunisian dishes like 'kefteshi' and 'ojja'. Price range is in between 2 and 6 dinar per dish (in between € 0,65 - € 2) for a full meal! A perfect place for a local experience. Don't expect her to talk English but with some signing and face expressions it is possible to have a nice 'chat' and to order food & drinks.
