Ein wunderbares Restaurant mit tollem Service! Hakan war besonders aufmerksam und hat unseren Besuch zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Das Essen war hervorragend, und das gesamte Ambiente ist gemütlich und einladend. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl - absolut empfehlenswert! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Die Erfahrung im eurem Restaurant war einfach nur Top.... Angefangen beim Service ( hakan ist der beste Kellner) dan Küche und das Essen verdien 10 gurmeo pünkten.... danke für alles... komme sehr gerrrrrrne wieder..... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We visited Sait in Istanbul for dinner and, unfortunately, left disappointed. Earlier that day, we had gone to the restaurant in person specifically to reserve a table on the terrace. We were told this would be absolutely fine. When we arrived in the evening, however, we were not seated on the front terrace and did not have the view we had expected. That was already disappointing, as the reservation had been made for that very reason. The food started well. The starters were excellent. The grilled octopus was very good, and the fish taco was also excellent. The grilled sea bass was very well prepared and enjoyable. The tenderloin steak, however, was a real disappointment. It was ordered medium rare, but arrived well done. We raised this with the staff, and the plate was taken back to the kitchen. After approximately 25 minutes, the very same piece of meat came back even more cooked than before. We complained again and then waited another 30 minutes. A new piece of meat was eventually brought out, but it was tough and completely overcooked. This spoiled the entire evening. At a restaurant in this price range, one expects not only good ingredients, but also proper execution and competent handling of mistakes. Sending back the same steak, more cooked than before, was particularly poor. Some dishes were genuinely excellent, especially the starters and the sea bass. But the handling of the steak and the failed terrace reservation made the overall experience very disappointing. For the price, I cannot recommend this restaurant. Price per person: ₺2,000+ Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
