While travelling in Italy I was delighted to be able to experience this genuine Tuscan pastry shop. It is a family-run business and the pastry chef and his family made us feel incredibly welcome and explained how he uses traditional Tuscan pastry-making techniques. We sampled several types of scrumptious handmade delicacies and washed them down with freshly brewed Italian coffee. For anyone touring Tuscany, this shop is a must-see tasting experience in the charming village of Rigutino. The inventive and artistic pastrry chef speaks English too, so don't worry if your Italian is a little rusty. We will defiitely be heading back soon!
