We had another wonderful experience at Sabrosa Restaurant at Swissôtel The Bosphorus, and this time we especially want to thank Melek Gündüz. Each morning she greeted our family with such genuine warmth and kindness. Traveling as a family of four, those small daily interactions really matter — and Melek made breakfast feel welcoming and personal from the moment we arrived. She has a natural friendliness that sets the tone for the entire day. She was especially thoughtful with our 13-year-old son, engaging him in conversation with a light, encouraging energy that made him feel included and comfortable. It’s not always easy for teenagers while traveling, but she made him feel seen in a very natural way. Her professionalism, warmth, and consistent attentiveness truly stood out.
