I have to say, a business aiming for perfection is rare to come by in Tbilisi. I came in here on a Saturday morning. The staff was very kind and professional. I had a freshly pressed orange juice to cure my hangover. After that I chose to add something from the showcase. A dark red beverage with fruits inside and something that looked like a pudding. Not knowing what it was, I just ordered it. I quickly found out it was Sangria and Gazpacho. I had a lot of Gazpacho’s and Sangrias in my life, but none of them ever came close to how well these two taste here. The waiter told me the recipe is from his friends grandma in Spain. An old family recipe. Nice to see Spanish and European cuisine coming to Tbilisi and tasting better than back home.
