I’m utterly disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The service was shocking. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and lacked prawns. The staff were completely uninterested in resolving any concerns, which made the experience even more frustrating. The chef even arguing with us over the amount of prawns in our dish! Overall, the atmosphere and quality did not match our expectations and I would not recommend dining here. We certainly would never return. I have never experienced such non existent customer service in a restaurant! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₺1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

. The shrimp tagliatelle arrived with just 3 prawns—nowhere near acceptable. When challenged, the chef’s response was downright rude, arguing back and insisting there were “definitely 5” (there wasn't). Service was equally poor, with an attitude to match. The restaurant was empty, which in hindsight is no surprise at all. It’s a shame because the place looks lovely, but appearances clearly doesn't reflect what you get. Save your money and walk on by. If there is an issue with a dish, we are always happy to prepare it again. However, it is not unreasonable to decline a return request for a meal that has already been half consumed and is brought back 30 minutes after being served, especially when no clear problem was reported. We would also like to note that, during this situation, we were unfortunately subjected to disrespectful language and offensive remarks. Despite this, we chose not to charge for the meal. It was therefore disappointing to be threatened with multiple negative reviews by you and your friends. We strive to treat all our guests with respect and expect the same in return. Thank you for your understanding.

I've ordered sushi rolls from 2 other places in Fethiye before and I must say the smell and taste was not something for me. Today was the second time I've ordered for delivery from Sushitalia. I'm satisfied with the taste, freshness and delivery. Even the pickled ginger was tasty that I ate it all. Thank you soo much Food: 5 Service: 5
