What an exceptional lunch experience at Sinn today. Every single course was outstanding from start to finish. We began with the oysters, which were incredibly fresh and beautifully presented — the perfect start to an indulgent meal. The salmon dish was absolutely sensational, cooked to perfection with incredible flavour and balance. The lamb shank hot pot was pure comfort food elevated to fine dining level — rich, tender, and unforgettable. The risotto deserves a special mention as well: creamy, flavourful, and easily one of the best we’ve had. And just when we thought the experience couldn’t get any better, the baked cheesecake arrived — the perfect ending to a truly memorable meal. What made the entire experience even more remarkable was the immaculate service. The staff were attentive, warm, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout. Sinn has truly mastered the art of creating a complete dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional food, beautiful presentation, and world-class service in Sandton.
