We recently visited Royal Kitchen, and it was by far one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. To begin with, we ordered a dosa and tea. These are basic, standard items that should be readily available in any restaurant. While the dosa was brought to our table, the sambar was served nearly 15 minutes later. By the time it arrived, the dosa had gone completely cold and was extremely unpleasant to eat. Despite repeatedly reminding the staff, they failed to serve the sambar on time, showing a complete lack of coordination and concern for the customer. The overall ambience of the restaurant was equally disappointing. The staff appeared uninterested in doing their jobs. Instead of attending to tables, taking orders efficiently, and maintaining basic service standards, they were busy chatting among themselves. This level of negligence is unacceptable in any establishment that calls itself a restaurant. Even the billing process was a mess. We were made to wait almost 20 minutes just to pay the bill, and to make matters worse, there were calculation errors that took additional time to correct. Wasting customers’ time in this manner is simply unacceptable. In conclusion, if you are looking for a decent dining experience, this is absolutely not the place. I would strongly advise people to stay away from this restaurant. It is not worth the time, money, or frustration. Price per person: ₾20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
