If you are looking for a cocktail bar with soft music, soft lights and quality service, with an adjoining atmospheric restaurant, in a characteristic historic centre, Room 21 is just what you need. I was there for dinner, but I promised myself I would return, also to try the experience of the bar area. The environment is very characteristic, in stone and modern furnishings: the small room with a few tables is really welcoming, ideal both for a romantic dinner and for a quiet evening with friends or family. The menu is not particularly vast (if, therefore, you are among those people who do not like different foods, I would not recommend it), on the other hand the foods are prepared and served with care and attention to detail (also using cutting-edge cooking methods) , without taking anything away from our local taste and flavours. Each dish must be savored first with sight, then with smell and, finally, with taste. The service is also promoted: kind, discreet, prepared and very polite guys. The prices are certainly not those of a restaurant, but we are in the historic center of Monopoli, where the price trend is slightly higher than average, but the general level of the place is worth the price paid. Well done. Vegetarian options: There are (or, in any case, feasible) vegetarian dishes on the menu Parking: Room 21 is in the historic center. You need to look for parking in the area of the central square and surrounding streets, where almost all parking is paid. Wheelchair accessibility: The cocktail bar is located on the ground floor and is therefore accessible for disabled people. The internal rooms in the restaurant area, however, are accessed via some rather narrow stone steps, not suitable for a wheelchair to pass.
