Unbelievable horror!!! The staff is rude, does not solve anything! The parking lot near the hotel is small, when we arrived with a 6-month-old baby, there were no free spaces! We were offered to park 2 blocks away in an incomprehensible parking lot and carry things, a stroller, to the hotel from there! At 9:40 p.m., the horror began, a firework was set off in front of the hotel door, which lasted more than 10 minutes right from the windows of our room!!! When I went down to ask the staff what it was and why there was no opportunity for us to rest, they just smiled and told me that the hotel restaurant was rented for a banquet and they were catering to the wishes of the restaurant's guests! And who are the guests of the hotel??? Where are they going??? Old renovations in the rooms! The location is terrible, near the road, noise from cars, windows with poor noise insulation! And also on the booking 9.1 rating and 4 stars! And this is weak even for 1 star!!! Breakfasts without a choice, you shouldn't take them at all! If it weren't for a small child, then even in the middle of the night we would have gone to look for another place to live! These are the worst conditions and attitude of all where we have been! Thank you to the people at the Roman hotel. I stayed only one night at this hotel, on the occasion of a pilgrimage on the Nechit-Giurgeni-Bujoreni monasteries route, and I was pleasantly impressed by how the hotel looks, the rooms, the appearance of the breakfast and last but not least the smiles on the faces of everyone who -they served with kindness, patience with those from different generations and a lot of common sense. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic, Quiet
